A private box provides you and your guests with the opportunity to enjoy everything that Ascot Racecourse has to offer from an exclusive setting. The Grandstand houses 262 private boxes, all of which have stunning views across the Racecourse.
All Private Boxes at Ascot are very well appointed and come fully equipped with a private bar, dining area with a variety of food and drink options to suit all requirements and convenient nearby Tote betting facilities, closed circuit television and a team of dedicated, friendly, and professional staff to look after you through the day. Enjoy your own private balcony and large television, you won’t miss a second of the all-important action on the track.
Private boxes can be in high demand during festivals and feature meetings.
A Private Box will accommodate a minimum of 8 guests & maximum of 12 guests for a seated menu or a minimum of 12 & maximum of 18 for a buffet meal.

Fine Dining is the cornerstone of any Ascot experience and integral to the delivery of every one of Ascot’s racedays throughout the year. ON 5 offers contemporary design, a private balcony, roof terrace, spacious bar and spectacular views over the track from its panoramic window on Level 5 of the Grandstand, ideal for watching racing along the Straight Mile.
Enjoy a welcome drink and a four-course à la carte menu during the Flat season or a three-course à la carte menu during the Jumps season, with guests assured the very best in terms of Fine Dining and ambiance.
Guests may also make use of the King Edward VII Enclosure, Ascot's premier public enclosure on Ascot Racedays, and are provided with a complimentary racecard, racing paper and one car park label per couple.

Rightly described as the jewel in Ascot's crown, the Parade Ring Restaurant is situated adjacent to the Royal Box and offers uninterrupted views of the Parade Ring and track.
A relaxed yet sophisticated environment, the Parade Ring Restaurant offers an exquisite interior and exemplary service, matched by the very best produce.
Centrally located on Level 2 the restaurant has two exclusive private viewing areas, one overlooking the Parade Ring and another with a superb view of the racing action.
Fine Dining in the Parade Ring Restaurant will only be available on two Ascot Racedays in 2024 – QIPCO King George Day and QIPCO British Champions Day.
